Privacy policy

Personal data collected through this site is processed by Mya Tech S.r.l., as data controller, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended.

Purposes and legal basis

• Response to enquiries sent via the contact form or by email · legal basis: pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Technical and security cookies · legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR), no consent required.
• Analytics and marketing cookies · explicit consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), revocable at any time.
• Compliance with tax, accounting and security obligations (art. 6.1.c GDPR).

Retention

Commercial enquiries are kept for the time necessary to handle them and for the following 24 months; tax data for 10 years; technical logs for a maximum of 12 months.

Recipients and transfers

Data may be communicated to IT suppliers, cloud hosting (Lovable Cloud / Supabase, EU infrastructure), couriers and accountants appointed as processors under art. 28 GDPR. Data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area unless adequate safeguards apply (Standard Contractual Clauses).

Data subject rights

Users can exercise the rights provided by articles 15–22 GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection) by writing to commerciale@sognolighting.com. Complaints can also be lodged with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).

Accessibility statement

Mya Tech S.r.l. is committed to making its website accessible in compliance with Directive (EU) 2016/2102, Legislative Decree 82/2022 (European Accessibility Act) and AgID Guidelines, applying standard EN 301 549 which adopts WCAG 2.1 level AA.

Compliance status

The site is partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 AA. An ongoing adjustment plan is in place. An accessibility assistance widget (bottom-left) lets you enable: high contrast, text enlargement, link underlining, motion reduction and big cursor.

Non-accessible content

• Some historical PDF catalogs may not be fully tagged for screen readers. On request we provide an alternative accessible version.
• Some decorative animations can be disabled via the accessibility widget or system preferences (prefers-reduced-motion).

Enforcement procedure

If the response is unsatisfactory, you can contact the Agency for Digital Italy (AgID), responsible for enforcement, via the dedicated form at agid.gov.it.

AI Act notice

In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (AI Act), we inform you that this site may use generative artificial intelligence systems to provide sales assistance and design suggestions (SOGNO chatbot).

• Transparency: content generated by the AI assistant is clearly identified as such. The user is interacting with an automated system.
• Purpose: product orientation, project requirements gathering, routing to human staff.
• No automated decisions: the system does not produce decisions with legal or significant effects on the user under art. 22 GDPR.
• Data processed: conversation content is processed by AI providers (e.g. Google Gemini, OpenAI) via the Lovable AI gateway; do not enter sensitive personal data or credentials.
• Retention: conversation logs for up to 12 months for security and service improvement purposes.
• Opt-out: you can always request direct contact with a human consultant via the contact page.

The content is provided for information purposes: the technical characteristics of the products may change without notice and only the specifications attached to official quotations are binding. Mya Tech S.r.l. is not liable for any service interruptions due to maintenance or force majeure.

Jurisdiction

For any dispute relating to the use of this site, the Court of Milan shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
